Our immune system has to distinguish exactly what belongs to our body and what is foreign to it. Sometimes this distinction does not function and the immune system reacts either too strongly or too weakly.

Our Projects on Covid-19

ISAR Bioscience has taken up the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on our expertise, we started new projects for the diagnosis and treatment of Covid-19 infections and their consequences. The projects were and are funded by the Bavarian Research Foundation and the BMBF. They deal with the following problems:
