Suzana Levacic-Schulz is a pharmacist. She studied pharmacy at the University of Ljubljana in Slovenia and was awarded the Krka Prize for a research project in pharmaceutical chemistry. After graduating, she worked for several years as Head of Manufacturing at the pharmaceutical company KRKA d.d. Novo mesto in Slovenia. From 2012 to 2015, she was Head of Manufacturing and Head of Quality Control, and from 2015 she was a Qualified Person at the biotech company advanceCOR GmbH in Martinsried near Munich.
In 2020, Suzana Levacic-Schulz joined ISAR Bioscience and was initially tasked with setting up and implementing a quality management system. From 2022 to 2023, she set up a GMP system as Head of Quality Assurance and Deputy Head of Quality Control. Since October 2023, she has been working for ISAR Bioscience as a Qualified Person in accordance with the German Medicines Act (AMG). She acts as a link between the company and the regulatory authorities, combining her knowledge of scientific-pharmaceutical and legal issues to ensure that ISAR Bioscience’s products comply with regulatory and legal requirements.
