Suz­ana Levacic-Schulz is a phar­macist. She stud­ied phar­macy at the Uni­ver­sity of Ljubljana in Slov­e­nia and was awar­ded the Krka Prize for a research pro­ject in phar­ma­ceut­ical chem­istry. After gradu­at­ing, she worked for sev­eral years as Head of Man­u­fac­tur­ing at the phar­ma­ceut­ical com­pany KRKA d.d. Novo mesto in Slov­e­nia. From 2012 to 2015, she was Head of Man­u­fac­tur­ing and Head of Qual­ity Con­trol, and from 2015 she was a Qual­i­fied Per­son at the biotech com­pany advance­COR GmbH in Mar­tin­sried near Munich.

In 2020, Suz­ana Levacic-Schulz joined ISAR Bioscience and was ini­tially tasked with set­ting up and imple­ment­ing a qual­ity man­age­ment sys­tem. From 2022 to 2023, she set up a GMP sys­tem as Head of Qual­ity Assur­ance and Deputy Head of Qual­ity Con­trol. Since Octo­ber 2023, she has been work­ing for ISAR Bioscience as a Qual­i­fied Per­son in accord­ance with the Ger­man Medi­cines Act (AMG). She acts as a link between the com­pany and the reg­u­lat­ory author­it­ies, com­bin­ing her know­ledge of sci­entific-phar­ma­ceut­ical and legal issues to ensure that ISAR Bioscience’s products com­ply with reg­u­lat­ory and legal requirements.
